Nooooo….too afraid. And I really don’t have proper tools. I’d want a bandsaw if I was and since I rent, it really isn’t feasible.

Bandsaw you say? We use this one at work when forklift drivers bump the steel a little too hard

I have some big chalices and hubby has a hand hell dremel. I'm afraid to use it
I hate cutting with a dremel. It’s a pain even when it works. I used to use wet tile saws to frag acan 15 years ago. It worked great because you could load the reservoir with salt water and cut right through the base and then slice the flesh with a scalpel if you were careful they usually were back like nothing happened in a day
