Just finished dinner at Manny's Steakhouse in Minneapolis. Absolutely insane portions. Started with seafood tower of shrimp, oysters, lobster, and snow crab, then did 85 day aged prime rib. Was a pretty good dinner.

I know there's certain times corals spawn like clockwork...whether the moon is visible or not. I think it's more of a tidal thing at a certain time

The BRS AB+ settings that I have modified to way less whites has UV and Violet the highest. I run mine at 116 UV/Violet, 88 Royal/Blue, 10 White
