Hello,
I am looking for a recommendations on a good bulb that I can put into a fixture that will grow chaeto successfully. I started with a grow bulb from Lowe’s which seems to be working ok, but others say they get a little better bulb where they get crazy growth from the chaeto. What type of bulb, color, etc? Thank you

What kind of budget are you looking at? I think that something that has a good mix of wide blue and wide red spectrums is good for green algae. Make sure to get something that is splash proof. I use an AI prime 16hd but that's because I had it from a previous tank.
