They ended up replacing the drive motor. They also sent two new rolls.How has your usage been?
Usage- Back to how my first roll was. I just had the first of the two rolls They had sent last me 18 days. That's great in my opinion considering my parameters are typically a little dirtier.
Worst thing was, at no time did the rep say anything about roll inconsistency being a possibility. When clearly this is probably not a isolated event. Ontop of that. A rep responding back and forth once every 24-48 hours was really starting to aggravate me. Considering it took almost two full weeks just to get something sent out in the mail from them. And all that time I was burning rolls don't forget.
One star for their customer response. Ridiculous with things that are time sensitive
