If you were close I'd loan you that urchin for a few weeks. Bye bye algae and your coraline won't get wiped out... Just uh, you gotta make sure all frags are bolted and welded down.

I’m seriously considering an urchin. I just don’t think that’s my cure. I’ve researched them and some people had luck and some people didn’t. Just about like anything with this hobby I guess. I bought a emerald crab and the dang thing died. I just bought 5 huge turbos, I’m not a snail expert but I’m not sure they are turbos. I’ll try and get a pic of them.

I had an emerald that died within a week too... well it was a red mithrax, emeralds are the exact same species they are just green. I might try another one in the 35g... Need some peaceful inverts, the banded shrimp is a no go. Keeps going for the clowns, then the clowns beat the crap out of him until he hides under the rock. He stays in the 14g with the six line when it turns into a frag tank...

Ok dudes and dudettes, I got super excited when I spotted pods colonizing in my overflow. However, after I inspected closer I realized what appears to be amphiscolops flatworms, let me know what you think.

Maybe you could get it a girlfriend.

Yea ime worms bloom like pods. So the population ebbs and flows and sometimes disappears. If they hang a around is a sign ya need to change something. Food usually or cleaning.
But any predator in the tank should do. Scooter blennies are actually quite good too. I found that out when my red flatworms bloomed After it died. Guess they're tasty.

I have a Midas Blenny already :( I haven’t noticed any ill affects yet, I’ll keep an eye on it.

It won't make them sick. They love them. My fish was fat an happy. :)
It was an accidental death :(

I just meant I couldn’t add another Blenny, I understand they are dangerous in pairs. Any thoughts on the “girlfriend” idea for the six line? I did a little research and it seems they are hit or miss when trying to pair, or having multiple in a tank.

Ah got it. Beer works.

You should be fine. Two bug zappers. If they're not gone or reduced in a month or two deal with it. But I bet a lot of gunks getting trapped in that green garden of yours and they like it. Def not a big deal. Like they say about pods. Free fish food.

While true, Midas usually are fine with the herbivore blennys in larger tanks... but a scooter "blenny" is no blenny at all. Its a dragonet, like mandarins. I can't see any reason you couldn't add a scooter, unless you either had a mandy or already had a scooter.
