There will be a formal sign up thread (with directions). This thread is primarily to gauge interest and get feedback. I know that I definitely enjoy the R2R Secret Santa each year!

I think the some sort of spending levels would be a good idea also. That way you are on an even playing field. As they say, "it's the thought that counts."
