I voted a 5. That number will increase as corals grow and GHA dies lol. It’s my first tank. 5 months old. Like most ppl I wish my 24 gallon was at least 100 gallons larger. I wish I had not done a cube. Flow is hard in a small cube. Lights are hard. Controlling things like nutrient export without adding a ton of equipment that defeats the purpose of an aoi can be challenging. Some CUC is HUGE in a nano. (See turbo snails lol).
My scape is sculptural and cool but oh wow it makes coral placement really really hard. I over bought corals. They are overall doing well though and that pleases me. My frogspawn is splitting. I started the tank with the idea of just Zoas and a few euphyllia and didn’t really leave myself the option to alter that.

Im happy with my fish choices.
PSA: rainfordi gobies are seriously underrated fish. Mine are eating bubble algae. I do love that some things like smaller cuc that can go overlooked in large tanks are front and center in a nano.

Our tanks are often a work in progress. If you're greedy like me, you're always thinking of ways to make your tank bigger, better, and more full of life! Maybe you have a goal in mind that you're trying to reach, or maybe you've set the bar and are perfectly happy with how it's looking right now. Let's discuss it!

On a scale from 1 to 10, how happy are you with how your tank looks? Is there anything you want to change about it?

(1 = I just need to start over...10 = It's the most beautiful thing I've ever laid my eyes on!)

I'm happy with my tank but I'd definitely be happier if some of the coral frags would grow.

This one I rate an 8 started in Feb 24 and moved stuff over from a 180g. Plan was to have a lot of open area for swim room and I think I accomplished that.

This one also probably an 8. Its been running for 18 months now. I never got an ugly stage and coral have stopped dying and are growing instead so I'm happy.

This one is a negative one. Been on a roller coaster ride of gha cyano rinse and repeat for over a year now. And my big blue haddoni has moved from front and center to behind the rocks. It would really suck if this were my only tank.

Coralline taking off is a super great sign that you’re on track. I’m crossing my fingers and toes for you that the next couple of months will be a steady rise to feeling like a 10 for your tank!
Thank you! I am in awe of how effective the tuxedos are. They say they eat coralline, but they leave blotchy pink rock, so I am thinking it is a good thing in creating real estate for the coralline.
