I recommend waiting until the 40g is set up. Molly millers are a larger blenny and can be territorial.will a molly miller blenny be ok with my occ clownfish and yellow watchman goby in my ten gallon set up its a temp setup wile the 40b is cycling
You can get a black and white one as long as it is a male or juvenile. Smaller ones are more likely to be a juvenile or male. If there are multiple in a tank, get a small one.So my kids recently discovered that Clownfish come in black and white. They have a Perc in the tank already been there about a month. Recently added a Royal Gramma with 0 aggression issues except during food time and he's not really going after the other fish more body blocking. Would it be safe to get a black and white clown at this point before everyone gets really settled in? If I do get one should it be significantly smaller than the one I already have?
Unfortunately, the mystery wrasse is only going to get worse, not better. You will be hard pressed to find a peaceful fish that you can add to a tank with two tangs and a mystery wrasse.i have a 140 DT with 2 tangs,4anthias,3 clowns, bluespot jawfish, golden rhomboid, pintail, clown goby and my notorius bad-ss mystery wrasse,i tried to add a bipartus and the mystery attacked!!!!thinking i would like another fish or two but dont know what ,i know they say add the mystery wrasse last because of this but now that he is in do i have an opportunity to add something else?all else is peaceful
Check this out.Hi I have 4 chromis fish in the QT and it is second Day. I have cupramine, paragurd and prime. Fishes are eating healthy. What are the steps for the quarantine and how should i treat it in quarantine.I don't have prazipro. I can not import it in my country.
Should i follow the same procedure what is followed for prazipro.i have a 140 DT with 2 tangs,4anthias,3 clowns, bluespot jawfish, golden rhomboid, pintail, clown goby and my notorius bad-ss mystery wrasse,i tried to add a bipartus and the mystery attacked!!!!thinking i would like another fish or two but dont know what ,i know they say add the mystery wrasse last because of this but now that he is in do i have an opportunity to add something else?all else is peaceful

any other alternate.medicines which we get in India .Can you get metrozidenol?
Those are what I am familiar with. Though I am a little surprised that praziquantel and metrozidenol aren't available, as they are commonly used to treat internal worms, not just in fish, but humans and livestock too.any other alternate.medicines which we get in India .
Yes, general cure is a good option. Can I use api general cure powder instead of prazipro.
Did you quarintine the chromis? Sounds like you have introduced a disease into your tank unfortunately. 72-76 days is what you need to run fallow.Hey All - New to the forum. Heres my situation.
Had a 30gallon reef tank for 3-4 years, just had a baby so had to get rid of tank (moved everything to my dads tank). REcently (2.5 months or so ago) upgraded to a 40B with a 20g sump. We are fully cycled and have had corals (duncan, few different zoas, leptastrea, candy cane (already splitting)). A few weeks ago I added 4 blue/green chromis. over the first 2 weeks they were in the tank, slowly 1 died and then another and finally the last 2. I have been fish free for almost 2 weeks now. I tested while the chromis were in the tank and all levels were very good including calc, alk, phos, nitrate, nitrite and salinity. I went to two local fish stores and they have performed the same test. I have come to the conclusion that Chromis just werent for me as they can be finicky and or aggressive towards each other and cause problems. So here we are; time to get new fish
I am thinking 2-3 cardinals (not sure if i want bangaii or pj, can i mix?)
blenny - tailsplot or bi-color
zebra dartfish
wrasse - type tbd
and a show piece fish of some sort.
thoughts??
That's the thing most fish diseases have no affect on coral, hermits, etc.I hate to disagree, but i do not think there is a disease in the tank. All corals are doing well, snails, hermits, etc all doing well. I really think I got a bad dose of chromis. Had 2 different trusted LFS assess as well as other friends who are in the hobby
A disease may or may not have been introduced to the tank. However, since the tank currently has no fish in it, it wouldn't be a bad idea to let it go fallow, just in case.Hey All - New to the forum. Heres my situation.
