- So far, everything is doing great. The only losses I am aware of are my 2 clown gobys, my cleaner shrimp and possibly 1 hermit crab. Other than that, everyone else is thriving and happy. My tank is 4 months old now, as of 5/24/24.

whew. I just read through all 30 pages of this, and I'm encouraged that I may be able to pull this off after all. My son gave me my first tank (same as yours) for Mother's Day, and sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all the information out there. It helps to see real life experience. Great job on your tank so far.

Wow, all thirty pages?! That's crazy! Yes you definitely can pull it off! They are pretty easy as long as you do things slowly. Very slowly. If you ever make a buildthread make sure to tag me in it so I can follow it!

Well I decided to look around in my tank after the lights were off, and I have seen at least 10 baby berghia nudibranchs!

That is great news, the process is not as short as one would like but if they have already started to attack the aiptasia they will not stop until they finish, before you least imagine it you are already selling your berghia to your lfs because there is no longer any aiptasia in the tank!

I was at the beach last month. There were mangroves pods all over the beach. I thought about grabbing a few but they mostly looked banged up. Glad yours is growing!
