Tested with Salifert tests, I tried my best with the Ph/Alk, Mg and CA. Should I be worried about anything?

Salinity is at 31ppm/ 0.024 Water temp 78 degrees

Live stock includes 5 Hermit crabs
3 zombie snails
2 clown fish
1 royal gramma.

I dose 2ML of Vitamarin-M daily
Skimmer ran 24/7
Caribsea live sand
Matrix high capacity biofiltration
10MI of Fluval Cycle concentrated biological booster a week
I feed the fish a mixture of frozen mysis and brine daily.
I don't know if this is relevant but I used instant ocean sea salt

I sometimes get that high with my Nitrates in my reef tank. Your good, I personally only ever track Nitrate in my FOWLR.
