Maybe one more try... I struggle with it even cooked though.Kale has really grown (lol) on me. I hated it at first, and it seemed like such a hippie dippie fad thing. But my friend taught me how to make it tolerable. (Cook it, OR toss it in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and actually use your hands to moosh it all together -- it changes the texture AND makes it tolerable!) **at least in our experience haha
