Sounds like a lot of prep but other than that can be grab and go. I need more easy quick food. Tub o hummus and veggies worked before, but less so now.We're going a little different tonight and did "Mediterranean Bowls" (think Cava if you have one of those nearby). Basically a fancy salad with lemony chicken, kale, tomatoes, olives, bulgur? (never had this before) and lemony hummus dressing. August has been an adventurous month for us, trying new foods before we get back into the "back to school" routine, We've been trying lots of new foods this month, with the hopes of me finding more easy, go-to meals for back-to-school season since our sports and school schedules are about to be bananas again!
