Been 6 months since cleaning the skimmer and kept hearing a small noise from what otherwise is a silent skimmer. Look at all of them! They are everywhere in my sump/ tank and now in the skimmer!

They get everywhere and are likely in your sump lines.

I have a tiny snail that breeds in my tank, but it’s not trochus. It stays tiny and is more round like a mini turbo snail. At first I thought it was really cool how they cover the walls at night munching on algae…but every time my skimmer pump or wave pump stops working I know it’s those little buggers jamming things up.
