#1. Lack of friendliness or customer service.

In todays world I can get anything delivered, so if I take the time to go in to my local fish store and do a little fish talk, I’d rather not get the impression that I am bother/pestering or dumb per say.

#2. Cleanliness/husbandry/organization
Having your stuff together is the first impression.
Exactly!

I go to 3 mainly here in Niagara - Under the Sea, Blue Water, and Little Shop of Corals.

All 3 have their strong points - Under the Sea has the best location, and the tanks are usually full of options. Pricing is really good. Blue Water is much more high end then where I am at, but the owner is a gem and I love seeing his systems. Little Shop of Coral is a bit more like the shops in Toronto, a bit more trendy and expensive, but I like the owner and I can't resist the colours he brings in.

I try my best not to get stuff shipped in too often, I like to support these 3 guys. They work hard and provide great customer service.
