You think it’s the A2, calibrating, and manual testing causing the issue?

No idea. But factory resetting and not doing any manual tests has fixed it so far. But it’s only been 3 daysYou think it’s the A2, calibrating, and manual testing causing the issue?

Support didn’t suggest that. Last thing they told me was it was working fine and closed my ticket. I only tried it after someone else here suggested it.It’s a start and may give actual data to Neptune to go off
Did Neptune say it’s a “known issue” or are you reiterating what a known hater said?
Lol - I can see how you would post this after reading the two screen caps. There is so much animosity in this hobby it actually hurts my head.
Im not sure how you dont see the trident NP is defective every single person including all my friends who bought one have issues with phosphate do i need to wait for neptune to tell me that? What am i blind? Also i am not focused on the first part of what he said i dont care mucj about neptune politics. Im focused about the part where they knew they had phosphate issues and still released it just to say we are competing with the mavenDid Neptune say it’s a “known issue” or are you reiterating what a known hater said?

I’m not sure anyone but Neptune knows how many are having issues. I am having issues and was told my np is working properly and was quick to close my ticket. I am not a hater btw….I had an error on my trident alk test and had excellent customer service…a bit of a contrast from what I experienced with the np.Did I say anything about it not having issues?
I asked if Neptune acknowledged to you that it was a known issue when they issued your return?
Or were you taking the word of a known hater who somehow got confidential information from a group of people under NDA? Then they were able to get information directly from Neptune that they knew it had issues but wanted to beat the Maven out?
To claim “everyone” is having issues is just flat out wrong. I personally know half a dozen people running them including Jeff in here. 5/6 aren’t having issues. Hence, why I asked Jeff above if he thought it might be a combo of things causing issues.

Agreed. A simple ….we recognize some units are experiencing issues with lower range accuracy and we are investigating would suffice. That is all they are saying. Using words like everyone or all is misleading when they don't have credible information to support their claim. Rtparty never said there are no issues being discussed or reported.

Yup, so in that case, they just get bad reviews and treads on forums by those that are having issues. It can be managed by customer service. Some transparency would be nice for sure but most companies don’t operate that way these days

I guess we will see how that works out. Not a great strategy long term assuming there is no fix. They get them either way. If analytics told them they get more sales by being transparent, they would all be more transparent
Im so happy BRS finally accepted the return after refusing at first. Theres one thing i can accept which is the error margin for example my regular trident is 9.02 for alk. Hanna is 9.3 i honesty accept that. Calcium 450 trident salifert 460. This stuff is acceptable where like the trident np 0.22 phosphate and 0.14 hanna. And now its 0 even worse. The release of the Trident NP is becoming a Massive S#!T Show. I made a video where I discussed my thoughts on BRS and Neptune Systems. For anyone interested in checking it out - .
@simplety has a great video he shared on his review of the Trident NP. I encourage anyone considering this product to check it out.
Found it interesting that the person in the lower video mentioned that BRS declined his product review as well. Looking over at the website, there is only 1 review which is odd.The release of the Trident NP is becoming a Massive S#!T Show. BRS is not the company it used to be where they provided unbiased reviews to help reefers like you and I out. Before the merger, they provided real information about products to educate reefers where to invest their hard earned money. After the merger, this is not the case any longer.

Yup. I had them do the same thing for a Product Review I left for the Reef Factory TDS meter as well. It never got posted.Found it interesting that the person in the lower video mentioned that BRS declined his product review as well. Looking over at the website, there is only 1 review which is odd.
