So tonight, as I layered my lasagna... I thought to myself.. how would Brian Caveman Powers manage to plan this 1lbs block of fresh mozzarella in order to cover the top evenly. And I just tried to think O.C.D. on the top layer. Make it as symmetrical with equal spacing... and voila..... perfection.
