Catching them would be very difficult in my tank unfortunatelyI kept tangs in my 135G. Had a Kole, tiny baby sailfin, naso, yellow, etc. Buy them small and when they outgrow the tank find them a new home or upgrade. No big deal.

No you don't.I wish I had a 42 foot long tank. #dreams
Maybe that’s a little long. 14 would be cool though.No you don't.
Update: I just added the 2" purple and slightly larger yellow at the same time. The purple went off into hiding. He's slowly showing up now. The yellow is still getting sized up by the sailfin. No fighting or anything else going on. I actually saw more aggression between my sailfin and scopas when I first added the scopas (now gone).I've got a ~2.5" yellow tang in QT, and a 4" sailfin in DT (4ft 150 gallon) right now. I want to pick up a purple tang from oceandevotionla. I hear that purple/yellow/sailfin is a good trio and shouldn't have problems (https://www.reef2reef.com/ams/tang-aggression-understanding-and-combating.76/). I will introduce the purple/yellow at the same time, and possibly use an acclimation box as well. I'd eventually release them with the lights off, and consider using mirrors as well. I'm also looking to get a white tail bristletooth. I don't think I should have trouble with that. How does this all sound?
