I don’t personally use an DC pumps. I’m a Mag Drive guy till the day I die, but the adjustable flow rates seem interesting.

Anyone switched to DC? Would you go back? Why or why not?

I prefer all of my equipment to be loud, however I’m particular about the sound it makes. Between all of my different pieces of equipment I’ve assembled an orchestra! My skimmer is a very good cello. Nice and deep, very emotional and tense.

My system is in the living room and the lady of the house doesn’t share your love for the cello!

As such, the loudest part is the A360x fans.

Never go back to an AC pumps unless I needed 15ft of lift. Too many advantages, variable speed, runs cooler, uses less electricity.
