The daily equivalent that ends up being a 10% weekly waterchange. (2.29 gallons a day)

The way that I change my water now is pretty close to it so it wouldn't take much. I run my water down under my house and out beside my crawl space door. (my sump used to be under the house). One line from my mixing station back up under the tank, then hook it all up to a controller. I'm just used to changing it all at one time lol.

That little kid feeling when you see you tracking says "out for delivery" I will try to post some before pictures of both my tanks but they are honestly not as bad as others have posted. I may be treating "early" but we all know this stuff is no joke!

Well I'm about to see fluconazoles effects on plants in a big way, I dumped it in my freahwater planted tank to figure out if it has any effect on blackbeard algae, freshwater version of bryopsis.

Yes keep us posted on your FW planted tank. A list of plants would be helpful also.

Do you dose the single dose once on day one, or spread the single dose over the 5-10 days? I have about 50 gallons of water and figured 1200mg (24mg/g) for the one dose, so it all in one go, or 120 per day for 10 days?

So I am about 70 hours into treatment on my 9 gallon nano tank. With the hang on fuge I have a total of 9 gallons of water. I did one pill (200mg). The one section I did not photograph was the section that was highest up. It was also the section that the Bryopsis was most rooted to a rock. I have been dosing Vibrant for about 5-6 weeks prior to the dose of Fluconazole. The Vibrant slowed down the growth of the Bryopsis and made it easier to remove, but the highest section was held tight. The Fluconazole wiped out that section and my emerald crab devoured it.

Here is a picture of another section showing before and after. The rate of decline is much slower but you can see there is some decline. The Vibrant had removed the nice deep color prior to the Fluconazole.
