Gah, I need the pills already!!! Too much positive results on this thread to read each day only to look at the (thankfully only small) tufts of it in 3 of my 4 tanks :/

Ordered my 10 pack today. Already got shipping confirmation. I'm going to test on gha only in my tank.

I treated my tank last week Thursday at a rate of 5mg/gallon. I had some product on hand but not enough for the full rate treatment. Today my bryopsis is essentially gone on my 300 gal system. AMAZING. Looks like the lower limit of the dose could be explored.

5mg/gallon!?! That's great! That was a 200 Mg flucon pill?

Yeah we don't know what the minimum effective dosage is yet. 5mg/gal is pretty low though so that's encouraging.

@stevo01 It's getting there :)

Yes, This is tracking very well! This has been an awesome thread for recording multiple treatments. Everyone has had the same excellent results.

My goby has moved his burrow again. This is the 3rd time its moved since hes been in the tank. Dont know what drives this. The firefish follows everytime. Totally refuses to sleep alone. Im getting a little more film building up on the acrylic. This might be from the die off and stopping Vibrant :( . Ill start it up after the bryopsis and gha is gone. Its amazing stuff but need to not use so much of it hahaha. Thats all I have for today.

OK, both tanks have been treated! On my 80g I am going to keep everything running as normal (T5 lights and GFO reactor) and my 30g I am thinking about removing the carbon. I just added new carbon and gfo (same reactor) to my 30g on Saturday so if you guys think the carbon will be ok then I will leave it if not then its time to waste some media.

Now time to go to school

I would continue using the suggested ammount until proper controlled research has been done to determine lower level of treatment. @twilliard cough, cough. We worry about the creating a resistant species. Is this what happened with the high Mg treatments?

We are pulling carbon out for the treatment. Carbon will remove the med.

I've heard (not sure if it's true) that Kent changed the formula for the Tech M and that is why it doesn't work anymore. I must have received one of the newer bottles because it didn't work for me.

Not true. Ive read information that suggests otherwise. The missing ingredient believed to be LiCl. So we moved onto a high MG with LiCl from Kents new company. If he took the recipe you would think this would be it right? No better results. And results were terrible. And I bombed it hard.
