Back in the day it was an either on or off, My plans will include some research into lighting profiles and comparisons between the ones frequently used by other reefers. Hopefully I can achieve a good all around lighting profile. Anybody need some dressing with that word salad.

Fish, invertebrates and corals have natural instincts that effect their behavior during natural light cycles. Having a natural lighting cycle should help lower stress and improve growth.
