Good CUC and fun so there's no reason not to.

Specific type? Whats the one that Ryan from Prestige Reef has? It’s not a brittle star but it’s bright red!

Serpent star. They are a type of brittle star but without spines. I have a harlequin and that's the prettiest IMO but there are a few colors. I think I heard that one species isn't reef safe though, The biggest I think.

Sigh* Yes you’ve successfully succeeded in changing my mind lol. POTTERS IS BEST! Followed by Negrosensis still second best! :grinning-squinting-face: :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

It’s a pretty wrasse but it’s got a lot of competition. Also that male is…. well I guess a lot of male leopards are less pretty.
I could definitely move it up a few places but it’s got nothing on my top 3. Would you really get one over a cyanoguttatus if you had the chance?
I wish Madagascar fish were available now.

Well that’s not fair comparison :squinting-face-with-tongue: Actually, if they all looked like that picture, I would change it in a heartbeat lol, but all the other ones that come up on search don’t look as good as the negrosensis imo. And the male looks uhh, well a male lol. Kinda like the negrosensis male better. However get me one that looks like that and it’ll be a different story lol.

You also used good photos so it is a fair comparison :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: . That's also not accounting for that most photos of it are poor quality wild photos while negrosensis has the advantage of aquarium lights and photography opportunities. It's negrosensis but with blue dots and a bright yellow face. Im willing to move the negrosensis up to 4th but no higher.

The goby is emerging!! I think I found the secret and its a couple big feedings per day. Its not going to compete with wrasse so you need to make sure you feed enough so that it can feed.

You can really appreciate that goby with these shots! It looks ‘smooth’. Could we get some shots of it under bright deep blues?

Well my top 3 are all almost impossible to get so.....
I did actually come across a couple cyanoguttatus in my LFS and I’m surprised they aren’t more expensive.

I’m possibly going to be hunting a pair of wrasses down in the near future (this year) for my nano so the wrasse addiction is still on for me!
I also have a free spot for a larger wrasse in my 4’ tank so maybe I’ll come across the final wrasse for that tank too.
