No I worked for the Hyatt Regency in the Glass Garden, Peppercorn Duck Club, Room service, and convention services though. I was also a night watchman in high school and worked as a mover for the University of Kentucky when they opened the then new Nursing building one summer. Worked in a cultured marble plant in college as well.

I'm a Project Forman for a Mechanical Contractor in Ontario. Plumbing/heating/chiller/boilers,etc. I work for the UA LOCAL 67, building highrises in the golden horseshoe of Ontario.

Now I cook at a small restaurant, I do catering on the side as well as private dinners, and I’m considering jumping into the food truck business TBD. Update: landed my 3rd chef title. Breakfast only at a hotel. Looking forward to figuring out a new monster. I’ll still cater and do private dinners. Food truck will have to wait until I get restless....
