Are those the parts left over the last time you took it apart and put it back together?

The cylinders (big black and gold things on the back of the bench) were being replaced due to failing a compression check (not able to do the squeeze bit of the combustion cycle well enough due to air leakage). The cylinder and piston are replaced as a matched pair everything else on the table is removed to facilitate the cylinder replacement. It gets inspected and if serviceable, refitted or replaced as required.

Static structures engineer on turbine engines; R&D plus continuous improvement - a big mixed bag. Primarily military and helicopter applications, both domestic and abroad.

Wow there are a lot of fancy titles and jobs on here. I am just the manager of a Locksmith with 7 employees. I bet you will not find a better group of guys within 200 miles though! Anybody near WNC need some car keys cut and programmed come on by.
