I think anything that has contrasting bright colors will be in demand. This goes for all species of corals

Gonipora I also think is in demand now. Amazeballs is almost impossible to find for less than $400 for a sub 1” frag
I have amazeballs goni frags.

Hi, can you share a pic? I have not seen that kind of Goni before. Thanks!
Sure! Excited to see this one grow out!

Best pics I can get. Comes out more of a green in pics but in person the tips are more of a yellow / gold color

They sell for an arm and a leg nowadays. I like them for what they do but not for what they sell.
I feel that TSA and WWC have a lot of reasonably priced corals, IMO. Of course they also sell collector’s pieces and high end corals that are one of a kind. If you could predictably grow a JF homewrecker acro, and sell healthy colored up frags, you’d charge hundreds for a 3/4in frag too. Pieces that grow like weeds are priced as such. Supply and demand is pretty simple.

Trust me there are lot of fellow reefers who do that too and sell homewrecker and etc cheap like $50 a frag. Recently bought a Strawberry short cake from WWC (because of the rewards I had with them and no other choice to use) and it was $99. But the same could be sourced in local market from good growers and aquacultured for $30. If WWC could have sold it for $50-60$ I wouldn't mind

All I am saying is, yes they can sell at a premium but not like this. All the name corals like WWC, TSA, TCK, SBB, JF all are charging high and I am pretty much feel they would know this too but become greedy in the name of aquacultured corals

Everything online is overpriced at regular prices. However you can get some incredible deals if you are super active in live threads. I got 15 corals for an average 70% off normal prices during my last live sale. It’s a lot of effort though and it only makes sense if you buy enough to get free shipping too.

Hi, i’m about to take a jf homewrecker but the seller told me it’s a difficult acro, particularly to keep its colours. What do you think about that ? Which PAR and flow does it need ? And which oligo is important for this ? Thanks for your advice

In UK Torches or goni's I'd say.
I can't see that changing.
The crazy chalice pricing seems to be cooling.
But I view chalice as more of a cynical investment than a want personally.
I've spent daft money on a few chips purely to grow out and trade for SPS.
Traded a rainbow ultra chip recently for an enormous vivid purple acro colony & value wise they were probably on par but I couldn't help feeling I got the better deal.
Essentially these things are worth whatever people will pay I guess.
