lol. Wide, flat feet.

Story of my life. If I understand your post correctly, once their feet stop growing get them orthotics. It is amazing how much my back pain subsided when I started wearing them.

I've been away from R2R this week. I haven't looked at anything but I see the notofication for the pasture.

Maui unfortunately didn't make it. I never could get him eating again. After I finally figured out the sand was the cause of my problems I removed it and replaced with some Hawaiian black I had, not ideal but it wasnt magnetic for the most part. Checked out of the electron microscope also and didn't have any toxic metals in the sample. Then he went over to the 90 before it cracked then had to go into the temporary tank after the first tank cracked. He died in that tank. I think the stress of moving and the built up metal poisoning was too much for him to handle.

Ok ok, I'll show the trachy... it's been a while. Maybe let's throw some others in there too.

The last one is the new snake eyes acan... it was all squishy until I pulled it out of the tank to pull it off the frag plug and put it on the grow out rock. It's a little ticked at me for now. You can kinda see, but it's a yellowish color in the middle and has a purple ring with teal stripes.

As far as my SPS goes. Well, I have borderline ULNS when testing with high algae growth on two rocks. The two that were in the tank with the fish for a month with next to no filtration. Kicking myself daily for doing that, all the other rock is starting to get specks of coraline while those two are green and fuzzy. I honestly don't trust any of my NO3 or PO4 test kits any more. I've added a bag of carbon and GFO to the sump where my filter sock is supposed to go so it's getting a pretty good amount of flow. I've also backed my Kessils down to 50% from 100%. Montipora is starting to look pale, and I think the Spongodes is a goner and the Bubblegum Digi isn't far behind... but I'm seeing a little growth on my JF Project X Stylo, the purple monti cap and my Tubbs Stellata I can almost see a difference daily. The birds nest has several new growth tips on it as well. The JKR Wild Irish Rose is brown but the JKR Apocalypse Now looks fine and the suharsonoi is thriving. The sushi acro is in the lower third of the tank, so that makes me think my lights were way to powerful if it is thriving, one off to the side on the frag rack is fine but the one up top isn't doing so hot. The Milka Stylo has also increased PE ever so slightly since backing the lights off.

Something I threw together this week... it will sit as it is for a while, I still need to upgrade some things in the 90, and this tank doesn't have a light nor skimmer. It's going to be an anemone only tank. The plan is for some high end BTAs, LTAs and Sebae anemones with a pair of cinnamons. My coral (eating) beauty angel is currently residing here, for now. @Amoo, any tips and suggestions are more than welcome.

Dude if you're going to try to do multiple LTAs or Sebae you may really want to rethink your aquascape.

Personally I think it looks really good, but you will need a TON of sand space.

So if it was me, I would just plan for 1 Sebae in the front left corner and BTAs to fill out the rest.

This is why I ask the experts. I planned on those anemones because I wanted a pair of cinnamon clowns. I looked up their natural host anemones and found out they like BTAs LTAs and Sebaes.

The scape is completely subject to change. I can add or remove rocks if needed. I just put all the rocks I had in the curing tote in there to start with. I know it's a small(20"x20"x20") cube so number of nems will be limited. I think what I had in mind really is what you suggested, but kept forgetting the size of the LTA. One sebae in the sand and a couple nice BTAs on the rocks.

especially considering over time a couple of BTAs will likely turn into a bunch of BTAs. You really could choose between 1 Sebae or 1 LTA, but if it were me I wouldn't do more then one of either. I simply said Sebae because it would give you a very different appearance.

Hopefully when said couple of BTAs split I can sell a few, or at least trade them in to a LFS.

I'd love to try an anemone. Some people have said yes, some no. I saw a pic of one recently that I totally loved. What do y'all think? 29 gallon stock compact fluorescent.

Sadly no, not with their stock lights. Even their stock LEDs would be a no so don't feel like that's the reason. I've seen over a dozen threads of nems not doing well with those lights.

Also don't forget to move things far enough away from the 3 sides you'll be cleaning for "das magas floatas" or whatever you'll use to clean da glass. Otherwise though I really like the layout.
