Peng’s Blue Monster. Love this smooth skin gem too.
Sbb Half Baked photographed under daylight halides. This one remained dormant for years in my system. My goal is to grow out this Malaysian gem under LED lighting as well at some point. Certain corals look stunningly amazing under LED lighting, this being one of them.

@aquavista99 back in 03 there was always something about halides w sps and acropora. U still using them? Proof is in the quality of your corals.
Yes, I am still running halides in my grow-out basement system. More for the heat generated during cooler months of the year. Love the shimmer that halides produce also. I do plan to run LED lighting on my display system.

We had a toxic spill during a recent whole house renovation project. Maybe something leached onto this coral? Kidding! AV99 Gamma Bomb is a winner too! Quasi smoothed skin?
