I know my filtration can handle it no problem! I got a monster skimmer that’s kicking butt! The more I feed the better it gets lol.. it’s just territory and space… currently have 4 I think I could do a couple more.. I want a achillies so bad but they’re the biggest ich magnet ever! :disappointed-face: My lfs has one for $250 right now it’s beautiful!

I had an Achilles and Achilles Hybrid in mine, they did well together.

Are you doing QT?

Both of mine went through QT just fine and never saw a white spot on them.

You could do a Powder Blue hybrid, I think they are a little easier than an Achilles, heck of a price tag though lol.

I haven’t on this tank.. I don’t have anything large enough to quarantine all them tangs at once.. I’m just filling their belly’s with multiple feedings and crossing my fingers.. most of my fish came from local reefers besides 2 of my tangs were from quality marine.

That's cool, I had like a small army of QT tanks from 20 gallons to 55 gallons.

It's a PITA and I still worried about ich, even though everything wet was QTed even coral and CUC.

Wrasses, you’re going to have to add some type of screen top. They are awesome and frequent jumpers.
I got that already! I’ve built about 300 of them so far for everyone in Vegas and still booked on them… lol

Beautiful fish! I had the opportunity for a powder blue and passed it up cause they’re mean! Lol.. I’m sure it will work but that will be last one, when and if I do.

Most of them can get along. A lot of them can get quite pushy towards new comers which is why it’s always good to use an acclamation box when adding wrasse. With your size tank you can fit a good mix. Especially if you want to add some Cirrhilabrus species. To give you some perspective this is my wrasse list for my 90 gallon.

Halichoeres iridis
Cirrhilabrus lubbocki
Cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis
Macropharyngodon negrosensis
Paracheilinus attenuatus
Cirrhilabrus johnsoni
Halichoeres leucoxanthus
Cirrhilabrus naokoae
Cirrhilabrus exquisitus
Xenojulis margaritaceus
Hey, you left off the Yabbadabbado species. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

That is one clean looking top! Great work.

I'm going to copy that coated aluminum canopy, that's an awesome idea.
Thank you! I use it on all my stands, canopy’s etc.. easy to work with and last a life time

I am, ahem, um, Lee’s attorney and you’ll have to pay him a fee of a frag from your tank to use his canopy design. Yeah, yeah, that’s it… I’m his attorney. Or online friend. Close enough! ;)

Todays project! Project top off container! This pig evaps about 4-5 gallons a day.. gonna build a 25gal for now that fits in the stand and see how it goes.. if that’s still too much filling up I’ll do a 60gal or something in a separate cabinet next to the tank.

Thanks bro! I gotta get my corals back on track! Been to focused on fish the last week lol.. I haven’t lost any pieces but most of them browned out from the move and metal halides… only been running the mh for about 4 hours a day at high noon.. your tanks amazing! [HASH=1957]#goals[/HASH]

I really would like to pick you brain on the tops. I have all the toys to make a top. Just the little Ahhh Haaa moments of fabrication. This would be for my system only.
No worries man! I’m always down to help! I do all these by hand….
