If I’m honest, I would do a foxface over a tang any day. The only tang I’ve considered was an Achilles in my 5’ but I also wanted some of the more delicate species that can easily be outcompeted.
Here’s my stock (although I don’t think I have the male Meleagris Leopard anymore).

Wow ty! That helps a lot!

Well, one nice thing about getting up at 4AM to change a diaper is that you get a chance to look at your tank. Haven't seen the moyers leopard in almost 2 weeks, and had given up on it. Walked by the tank and there it was! Picking at the rockwork, enjoying life. Looks fantastic. I fed a little mysis and left the room lights on. Came back at 7 AM and it was still out, so fed a little more and just crawled back in bed.

So, Dr Reef fixed all the issues I pointed out in their store.
Glad you did it. I order a Yellowfin flasher from them and would like to get the actual wrasse.

Let me know what you guys/gals think all 3 wrasse in a 3’, pushing it?

Pink Streak wrasse (own)
Yellowfin flasher wrasse (ordered, small)
Radiant wrasse (trying to source)

I think socially they will do fine though I know some people think flashers need longer tanks

A local fish store has Carpenters for $20 today, and I’m trying to fight the urge.

I’m trying to tell myself “4 ft tank, maybe not” and “I don’t want to upset my delicate little social system” but the intrusive thoughts are winning.

I would get it. I consider carpenters and mccoskers as a less flighty flasher. I’m putting one in my 120.

I'm about to stop in to that "local store".

Don't fight it! I had an opportunity for a Carpenter's at $25 and didn't jump. It was gone the next day and I haven't seen one for under $45 since.

Halichoeres garnoti is the first one.

Halichoeres radiatus is the 2nd.

Both are big boys, especially the radiatus. Definitely gonna eat motile inverts when larger.
