Did you follow sunnyx’s recipe for making the coral snow to begin with?
I might consider adding the others in like you have, already feeding them-why not make it easier.

Sort of, but not exactly. I certainly referenced it while making my own, though. Please see my edit to the previous post.

So we have about the same tank volume. I have 240 gallon cube plus another 50 or so in the sump. So you dose 100ml a night? And add 1.5 cups to a gallon of water? Correct?

Yessir. Nightly dosing of 100ml solution comprised of 1.5 cups 98% pure CaCo3 and one table spoon each of TM Zooton and TM Phyton per gallon of RODI. Be advised that, when it settles, it will give you a gross brownish film at the top of the bottle. Just be sure to shake vigorously before dosing. Also, please note that It will not cloud your water as much due to the reduced CaCo3.

Feel free to adjust accordingly to your liking.

Good morning, Heathens and happy Thursday!

Orders placed this morning with @Williamson’s Reef and @Battlecorals !

I have an appointment later this morning with my cardiologist, so I'll be offline(ish) until the early afternoon. Expect delays if you need me.

Namaste

In the meantime, Johann can't even this morning:

True story. He has plushies that are "chewies", some that are "tuggies", and plushies, like lambchop, that are "snuggies".

Why would you want to stop the dog?

I agree that the leash is inappropriate for that size animal, but chokers are inhumane, and just because the dog is large doesn't mean it is going to maul a baby. Statistically speaking, there is a greater chance of a small dog biting a child.

Large dogs get a bad reputation from bad owners. Understanding that there are exceptions to every rule, the vast majority are gentle giants.

One final comment: that dog IS overweight, judging from its sagging trim line.

My Cocker Spaniel bit my son, my German Shepherd/Husky just runs away from him.

Since evicting Dum-Dum the filefish from the tank, I have had an explosion in aiptasia. Gonna mix up a kalk slurry and go on a kill crazy rampage...

Anyone have any practical experience with the Majano Wand, or the new(ish) lasers? Both seem like they'd be good for the hard to reach buggers, but I would like some honest feedback before I invest in them.

I do not.. Ever tried Berghia Nudibranch for those buggers (just curious..)?
I have, yup. They worked, too. Unfortunately, The Wrasstafarian developed a taste for them...
