Thanks! Yeah, the food's not too good. Fortunately, I haven't had much of an apetite anyway. I suppose it's a zero sum game then. Lol

The Dainty Dictator brought me some goodies yesterday, so I'm not in danger of wasting away.

Man... I always loved the food when my wife was in the hospital... I guess hers wasn't as good as what the cafeteria was serving the doctors though.

Honestly, aside from the pain and swelling in my hand, I really wasn't ever feeling all that bad. At this point, I was safe to leave with oral antibiotics instead of the IV stuff. I just have about four follow up appointments this week. At least I get to sleep in my own bed.

It did. It was Vibrio Vulnificus, and if I hadn't gone to the hospital as fast as I did, losing only my hand would have been a positive outcome. Scary s#!&.
