TCK Auctions have been good for me in the past but lately while trying to get a torch I wasn't notified of being outbid on my max bid thus losing the auction. Twice this has happened both times reaching out to see if there are any more I could purchase but I have not received any response back both on Instagram DM and via their contact us section on the site
Looks like the TCK Master Torch. I got a single head from him last year and it's well over 8 heads now. Gorgeous colony!

Yeah I'll get the emails about upcoming auctions and sales that are coming along with when my bid is the winner and have even received ones that i've been outbid on but never on the torches. They don't even go to my spam, just don't appear at all. Doesn't make any sense
Save the email address that you receive the notifications from to your contact list... maybe that will help. The system generates those emails not a human but i guess there is a chance that the machine has something against torches.
