We are changing up the posting a little today. At every hour and then again at 30 minutes we're posting 55 products simultaneously on site and Reef2Reef. My best recommendation is keep the tckcorals.com website open in another tab so that you can refresh the site every hour and on every 30 minutes to give you the absolute best chance to get the product in your cart and check out expedited. Don't wait to create an account during checkout process. Create an account prior to sale beginning and make sure you're logged in. Make sure to have your paypal payment methods saved and ready to go. If you haven't placed an order for the shipping module during yesterdays sale please don't forget to purchase one by tomorrow Monday the 18th as it will delay processing your order. We are not shipping out Monday 18th. We will begin shipping on Tuesday 19th, or possibly Wednesday in the case of bad weather in Buffalo (expecting snow/rain on Tue). We are also not shipping out on Thanksgiving the 28th or the day before. We will resume shipping on Mon Dec 2nd. Don't get to stuck up on checkout with the delivery date. You can change that date at any time prior to your order processing. We process shipments towards the later part of the day so the corals don't sit in boxes unnecessary hours. You will receive an email notification from Fedex the night before you receive your package with your tracking number. There's no need to send repeated messages if your package is being shipped out. All packages are dropped off to UPS by 8pm, so if you don't receive an email by 8pm on the night before you expect your package, there's a good chance your package is not shipping out. You can login and change your shipping delivery date in your My Orders tab under My account in menu. If i think of anything else that can help make your shipping experience stress free I'll post here. These just were some points I wanted to make today to help everyone participating in the livesale. We had an awesome first day, and expect day 2 to be every bit as fun.
