They don’t want you to have free access to these meds for a reason.
Yeah, there's a very good reason: antibiotic-resistant bacteria is terrifying, and a very real threat. Careless use of antibiotics is a major factor in increasing it. Granted, part of that comes from people not understanding how important it is to finish a full course of antibiotics and to never try and treat something with any leftovers, but part of it can also be people who buy antibiotics online for whatever purpose and then don't use them responsibly.

Edit: quite frankly, as awful as this might sound, I would rather some fish and corals have to be humanely euthanized for lack of antibiotics to treat them than have the home treatment of those fish/corals result in a strain of antibiotic-resistant bacteria that gets some humans sick. That sort of thing can kill people, particularly if it takes hold in a hospital.
