But you still have to haul it home :p :p :p

Its ok this tank is nothing like moving a 16 foot long tank into my basement so it should be easy. I like working with smaller tanks... Even my 200 is small from what I have done in the past.

Build Video of the PolypLab gaming PC :). I needed to move my PC so this system could be viewed from the center of my fish room/gaming room.

Now my Gaming PC is on the wall it opens up room at the end of my desk where the PC tower was.

Opened up the Somatic 60 today and I was quite impressed with overall build quality and how it all looks. For the price of this system you can not go wrong in my eyes.

I also got the tank on its back to start measuring up the stand. I will be welding up a steel stand as the base and building off that. This is kind the same thing I did with Project Reef.

The Somatic system looks great and love the black and red. I have more pic's and a video of the unboxing, Also putting all the components together. I just wanted to give a update!

Update time.

The original idea of this system was to hold a Red Reef Octopus... This still might happen but something even better has come along.

As some of you know I work with The Coral Reef Shop and they will soon be listed as a sponsor to this build.

Well what came up is this...

A big thanks to the Coral Reef Shop for searching for the rare and odd things. I can not wait till this system is up and running now :).

Yes they have a short life span :p

The steel shell is done!

Now its time to start building :) So excited about this new system. Full SPS with some rare and odd livestock...

I will be using 2x Orphek v4 Compaq's on this system to help grow SPS as fast as possible. It will also showcase the new Orphek lighting arms that are just about finished... Can't Wait!

On a side not ELOS tanks are just insane..... :)

How are you planning coating the steel?
The steel will be warped with Acrylic and PVC.. I will end up painting it with Matthews polyurethane A gloss white with a HBPT undercoat... So in short paint it white and cover it all up with Acrylic and PVC.
