Got my external refugium running today
It'd been plumbed in for ages and I was just needing to reinforce the stand so I could fill it. All is good so far! *fingers crossed*

Finally did a water mixing station.

Thanks to Mark Callahan for designing and installing it for me. Mark put in an ATO from the garage, installed the rack, installed 3x40 gallon holding tanks, and a 6 stage RODI system. Life is way easier with automated water changes.

Just put a 600 get krill a in instead of the 25th I had. Boy what a difference.colals opened up twice as big.will get pictures if possible.

Still recovering from my dosing screw-up, but things are looking better. Alkalinity is almost back down to a safe range where I can move the corals back in. But the cyano is somewhat kicking my butt right now. I'm still dosing Special Blend and avoiding Chemi Clean if I can.

Fish are all doing great. Tank looks amazing, other than the cyano. I'm really happy with the equipment I have right now. Though I'm starting to save up the funds for a calcium reactor.

A bit on the rocks too. Josh had warned me that the alk swing might make it happen. Appears that he was right.

I'm dealing with some brown crud on my sand, think it was a side effect of my pellet fiasco.
