Sorry guys, been sick as a dog this week. I'll take some in the next day or two for ya.

While I'm here, not much has changed since the last update. A few of the favias still worry me because they just don't eat and look more deflated than others, if that makes sense. The dark vampire, war coral, girly favia and whatever the green/yellow one is look pretty much exactly like when I got them. The colors have changed a bit, but other than the war coral I don't see any growth since I got them in the tank. The mayan sun looks like it may be receding a bit but I don't think it's anything to worry about at this point. I'm actually a little disappointed in the growth of the favias and thought they would be a little heartier than they seem to be. Hopefully you guys will have better growth in your tank once you get them.

Acans are all doing well, no change there.

Going to try to get some pics for you guys today once the lights come on.

Just want to give you guys a heads up that I'm going to gradually be getting out of the acan game since you may notice I'm going to be selling my spot in the other acan growout I'm in. I am not going to make any changes to anything in my tank until this growout is over but I wanted to let you know in case you have any concerns.

With that being said I've got an offer for you guys and I'd really like all of your honest feedback and to hear any of your concerns or questions.

As I've said before I don't sell any of my corals. I've got at least 15 frags/colonies (probably more like 20-25) I would like to toss into this growout if someone wants to take them all and grow them out. Either way I'm going to be getting rid of them and I'd like to put them in your guys hands since I know you guys better than anyone else on the board. Let me know what you guys think. I don't want to make any knee jerk changes and want to make sure you're all comfortable with anything that's decided. Like I said, this group buy comes before any changes I want to personally make to my tank and won't be doing anything without your buy in. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you guys would like as well.

If we don't get a volunteer, I'll do it. I'd rather someone else because I travel on occasion for work. I've been doing this since the '70's so I'd like to think I take the necessary precautions. I don't need anything to do this though. Appreciate the offer though. But like I said, would probably be better if someone else did it or if Luvmyacans could continue.

Whoa it's been forever since I've been in here. Life got busy and admittedly I forgot about this. On the bright side, I remembered haha. Just wanted to extend my thanks to luvmyacans for staying on top of everything. All the corals look great, even those puny little favias. I'm fine with proceeding as everyone else sees fit. As far as additional corals, that's amazing. I'd be more than appreciative. But just to be clear what exactly are you offering? Are you asking someone to be the grower for all the frags? Or are you thinking of just adding them in to everyone's boxes? Sorry might just be because it's late. Thanks again!
