Yes. Both. And a bunch of other modes too. I use the program on ReefSite. You can download and it add it as a custom program very easy in mobius.

I run a program that switches between reefcrest during the day and lagoon at night. Also varies the flow intensity% at different times of day. I think I max out at only 30% though on my high placement ones and 20% on the low placement ones (running 2 on each side of a 72x30x25 tank). I am away from home but can get a screen shot on Saturday.

I'm a complete newbie when it come to tech I stuff. Wouldn't know how to download to mobius. I currently running gyre on one side and mp40 on the other where it first blast the carpets and gonis. Currently running lagoon at 50%

Yeah... I don't get it even when people want species specific tanks. A tank where you can't keep a clean up crew seems like it would just be a pain in the butt. Who wants a tank with a murder shrimp and to scrub the rocks all the time.

speaking of salt, I use reef crystals for my phyto only. It always has residue that doesn't dissolve. Anyone else have reef crystals that does this?

I just boiled a batch of water for my phyto and even in boiling water it doesn't dissolve.
