I think you need to check the flow restrictor as they may require different ones.
If it's BRS they use the same for the 75 and 100 I believe, you can fine tune the system by buying your own, I looked into a few months ago thinking about changing things in my system.

97% vs 99% rejection rate

Also if you are using 90GPD now, switching to 75 can have a better rejection rate, lower TDS on output. It all depends on your needs. The more water that passes through(Higher GPD) usually have a lower rejection rate, more things pass through also. The 75GPD per day seems to be a sweet spot.
