Unfortunately Yes.
We get the Thanksgiving and the day after off. And since Thanksgiving is Thursday on my regularly day off, it moves my day off to Saturday, so I get the two days after off!
That's going to be an easy week. Get off that work Monday, then off until Sunday. Sweet

It’s my day off regularly so I got it pretty much automatically. Double day before 3p-11p day after. Off for weekend so we’re doing a delayed dinner.
not sure yet, i often take the day after off, but may work this year. I'll be working from home and there won't be much going on so i might work it.

I get Friday as a normal flex day for me but since I'm government Friday is technically a holiday. That means I flex Wednesday instead so I have to work Monday and Tuesday.
Wednesday yes. Friday technically off, but will still be doing work in one form or another.
yes a sacred day of staying they hell home and away from all the madness. now it probably doesn't matter much cause so many of the sales are online. I haven't been out in about on a black Friday since i had to work it in retail, approximately 25 years agoTimes have changed, Black Friday use to be such a sacred day.

I avoided it for years, then in the early 2000's I went a few times because it was the only way to get my kids what they wanted. Then when online retainers started doing more I stopped and never went again. Well I caught some of the later sales that day after the crowds went home.
I was heavily medicated on those days....
