Yep. They hid for a week.Did you try a nem cannon?
I will try this again. I will have to freeze larger cubes as the ones I tried melted too fast last time. There are Anemone cannons which is just putting pipe over them so they climb up the pipe and you just remove the PVC, I think that is how they work.
I just put an ice cube on their foot and they let go pretty quick if you just hold it there for a couple of mins.
You can use this.....works everytime.

I had one a long time ago, and I named her Blonde (after Blonde and Dagwood,. ) Not sure if it should be Dagwood, but I figure than since it had streamers and so pretty, it must be BlondeThat is a beautiful showpiece fish. Would look great in your tank I am sure.
I thought it was just the males that developed streamers?I had one a long time ago, and I named her Blonde (after Blonde and Dagwood,. ) Not sure if it should be Dagwood, but I figure than since it had streamers and so pretty, it must be Blonde
What an impressive tank from 2006!Years ago, in my fist adventure in this hobby, I had a pair of Wantenabei in a tank. Not sure why but the male reverted back to female and lost all of the male markings. Not really sure why. You can see one in the pic below (from 2006)
Thank you. Old school 250w MH with T8 actinic lights, Sea Swirls and Reeflo Dart for flow, kalk/carx as only supplements and a big skimmer. Simpler times. What an impressive tank from 2006!
that is so cool, what a wonderful thing for them to haveI just donated the MH ballasts, reflectors and bulbs that I had stored to the LFS that maintains the 1000 gallon tank for St Jude's Children's Hospital here in Memphis. He is using them with the Radion 20k to add some depth penetration in the 48" tank.
