Yes true. And another interesting thing is that they’re finding that Dinos other than avian ones had some type of feathers. And that birds are just very evolved dinosaurs…

They've found a few pieces in amber with the feathers preserved. But until they find a fully preserved head I'm going to continue to picture them having luscious manes because hair can't be preserved in fossils

Well it’s possible I suppose, though highly unlikely. It’s would have to be buried in something like mud that over time changed to shale or slate(ie sedimentary rock)

I just want it to be something absolutely unexpected. Can you imagine telling our 6-8 year old selves that they've proved dinosaurs had feathers?
