Ahh just saw this. Hazards of working overnights. Just give them some modest flow, light not super important though they mostly like par to be around 50-175 but can get used to higher in the mid 200s. I don’t direct feed them. They seem to get nutrition from the broadcast feeding and a couple times a week I put Reef Snow by Brightwell as a broadcast at night.
