The water heater was cheap. That was 4k installed and 1200 back in taxes. So 2800. What's funny is i went down stairs and water was by the boiler. It's really done. Just in time. Next week is the big one ... 18k but again 3k back power and 3k taxes back so 12k. And saving money on bills will be big.

4k minus rebates and incentives 2600. 80 gallon hybrid heater with heat pump and heater coil. Runs only $120 a year . Less than 30 a on 240 line.

The plus side is its like a dehumidifier and ac unit in the summer so I don't run any of those anymore in the basement

Still trying to figure out how to put a switch on the 50a stove line to feed my car charger. When the stove is on the charger would stop . But I want the 50 amps vs 30a on dryer
