Had my first aptasia from @SBB Corals under this mushroom. Glad I caught it and removed it.

Sounds like I am overcomplicating things again. I am dosing FWS (when I remember to) 3 times per week so should help with the iodine.

I will just get the potassium kit and go from there.

Another observation of mine. When correcting K and Mag, i would calculate the total expected amount of dosing i would need. For example i think i need 70ppm and expected 50g of K (numbers off the top of my head). When i got a couple days in and had dosed say, 30, i tested and came in around 400ppm. I waited a few days and came in at 370, where i was expecting.

For whatever reason my experience with mag and salifert kits is similar. Unsure if it just needs a full day to truly homogenize or if im doing something incorrect.

Long and short, calculate out your expected total need, and monitor the variance and then double check after a day or two.
