I run them all at about 50-55% max power in Reef Crest mode. Front two are high and back two are low on the sides of the tank. The Acro could use more, but I’ve found any more than that the torches and Goni’s get beat up and stay retracted. I’m gradually finding spots the torches can handle so they don’t get stressed with flow. With my new ledge in I think I found the perfect spot. Flow is gentle there with an upward movement most of the time. They seem to like it.

my torches and my hammers and other lps are in my 180. For my sps tank, I run reefcrest during day at 70% and lagoon at night

I should probably try the lagoon at night. Just haven’t done it yet. My understanding of the logic to do it is that phytoplankton rise at night and it’s easier for the corals to catch them. Since I don’t specifically feed the corals, I just haven’t thought about doing that. I actually think the tides and ocean currents are tied to the moon cycle and not so much whether it’s day or night, so not sure if slower turbulence at night really replicates the ocean.
