So glad I decided to have my TCK order delivered today and not participate in this auction. I think there are a lot of amateurs with shipping boxes that are going to bid stuff up way too high. Going to be fun watching the bloodbath. I really find it hilarious when they bid a frag way higher than the Buy It Now WYSIWYG, so stupid. But then again maybe I shouldn’t watch, I might catch myself jumping in on a ‘good deal’. Then all bets are off and I’ll be the one bidding stuff up. To watch or not to watch that is the question……. Who am I kidding, I’m watching.

I was going to because my tck order won't ship until the 10th. But these bid prices are out of control. I mean I like auctions, but I'm a smart shopper not stupid. I'm better off buying the live sale price with the 30% off

I get suspicious of popcorn auctions at times. Way too easy to have some outside help to bid it up. Not saying that is what's happening or happens but...just saying.

Sometimes it is...but maybe it's just me reading into things. You can shill bid any auction really but it's harder to do so on one that ends on a countdown instead of resetting. But...it does allow the legit people that want it to bring the price higher if they so choose and have the time to do so. The argument for popcorn people make is they have time to make a higher bid..but they could also just put thr max they would pay in a proxy bid and walk away. Anyhoo..just me rambling..lol

You're not rambling. I don't understand why someone would bid within 2 min then have 2 more mins added to the click. It allow the other person to bid. Snipe and get it over with. I hope @SBB Corals does not change to popcorn auctions

Also suspect is that I have seen the same usernames bidding up stuff at like every auction. They bid up corals that I know they have won in the past as well. Maybe they keep killing their corals or maybe they are a reseller, etc. but still suspect.
