Pirates Reef has all the high end goods, but at high end prices too! I probably have 75% of everything he has on his site, but have never bought direct from him. He is a one stop shop for high end but with a little effort you can find most of them for a whole lot less. Three top corals that he has and are still on my wish list are the TGC Gravedigger, RRA Ultimate Orange Passion, and the RR Robinhood. I'd love to see his stuff in person though.
Agreed. He HOOKED it up on the rainbow splice. I had bought a RR rainbow beast mode from him a couple years ago.

All colored up frags, healthy, but most definitely full premium price and boogers.

Hes negotiable and friendly at the frag swaps. I typically buy what i can from local reefers, but if im seeking out a lineaged named piece its worth the premium because theres no shenans.

Isn't that a route 66 merlin staff?
Could be but it was purchased as a WWC all star. They used to have pieces on their site, heres an IG

At the end of the day were all just recycling the same pieces with different color morphs. If you spent enough at the whole saler youd end up with pink highlighters, walts, homewreckers, etc.

I also have the WWC Mojo Man Acropora which is basically the same as All Star and Merlin Staff. ARC Fireworks is similar as well but need orange glasses to see the polyps pop on that one. Drives me crazy when I buy a coral and end up finding out that I already have it under a different name. It is the wild west out there with names. They should be trademarked or something.

RR the vinh is a really cool stag, under peak whites it holds truenits light turquoise super deep blue coralites/polyps. Think it has a few different established names. One of my favorites on the under rated list.

Whats worse is there's vendors that will take maris that look like a named piece and slip it in under the radar for those high end prices. Walts prolly one of the worst offenders.

That is another one with a lot of names. WWC Blueberry, RR The Vinh, Gonzo's Blueberry Diesel (this one seems to maybe have a little whiter skin though). I've had all of them but in that same category, ORA Pearlberry is the best, one of my favorites!
