All the corals are looking happy today after yesterday’s excitement and i’m excited to see the great pieces from SBB in my tank and looking happy! Ill keep it short…ish but some highlights were:

It all started with ohh SBB sale?! I think i’ve got room for one torch…

delivery day:

text- “babe the box is too heavy for me to move it”

unexpected visit from the VP at the end of the day negating any chance of me leaving early or even on time

Missed phone call followed by “call me” text while in the late meeting with the VP followed by a text from PGE informing me that my power is out with no ETA of returning power

3hr drive home because roads are still closed due to mud slides and flooding

text- “the power is back on but the tank is blowing bubbles and there’s food floating all over the tank”

Internet extended outage so i cant control my lighting or return pumps

1 return pump not turning back on because it is detecting a jammed impeller until the 5th time taking it out of the sump and manually spinning the impeller and putting it back together once internet came back online

rehoming several frags to make room for the 8 extra corals i didnt anticipate having (hence the zoas stuck to the frag rack with the gonis)
so there’s where all the torches I wanted went.

Pic drop..all smooth as usual.
PE in bags upon opening box.
If you haven't done an SBB sale then you need to! If you have..you already know the details of quality through and through.

All the SBB torches are beasts compared to my other torches! Got some better photos this morning. Just ordered an Orphek lens filter kit for my phone so i dont have to hold a pair of Fritz glasses in front of the lens anymore lol

If you guys see another kryptonite hammie next sale grab it, one of my favorite pieces in the tank right now. I've literally never seen PE like this in a hammer. As long as a torch on some of them
Hammer torch hybrid fun times! I actually like the jelly bean style hammers that keep to themselves, but you have the tank real estate to have them spread out. I'm counting centimeters between my corals to make sure there is no warfare.

I have another Indo from Shane that keeps to himself and looks great but this one is a centerpiece for sure. And I can definitely see how that would make a difference, I have soo much negative space in trying to fill and it's still taking forever! I don't even have a lot of rock in my tank can't imagine if I had actually filled it up lol

Nothing like a ridiculous beautiful freebie, amirite?

I still don't know what mine was, but it looks a lot like my Psycho Kiwi, so I'm just gonna call it a Psycho Aussie, if it is a Psycho Kiwi, it'll correct me, they always do.
