Well… he definitely hasn't been wrong. But Nicest, Brightest, rarest, most expensive are all phrases subjective to that point in time lol. In that very moment that frag could be, but there are always bigger sharks in the sea.
Mmhmmm...true...but even the biggest sharks need the Ocean.

I really like this kit and the neatness of it all, just so expensive it defeats the purpose of culturing to begin with.

Have this sitting in my fish closet x.x never got around to setting them up

I’ve used them . My CBB is from them.
That's exactly what I was looking at. I'm curious if my lfs is going to offer to do anything as I told them to cancel my order for the masstick. I already had the Aqueon stick 'ems but I was going to try if he made it to Thursday.

When I say this. I mean it. Ain’t going to debt for this tank. It’s gonna have to ride and just manage on what we got.

My tank is maxed at fish. Ain’t able to hold no mo. Got the powder blue for $75. Amazingly he’s being a dick to everyone when he has no territory established. He already got a shot from the fox face which was for sure deserved. This guy is spunky as hell. That said. I’m gonna be on the side lines, truly.

Yes, Powder Blue Tangs (Acanthurus leucosternon) can be reef safe if you consider their temperament, size, and feeding needs:

  • Temperament
Powder Blue Tangs can be semi-aggressive, especially towards other tangs or fish with similar body shapes. However, they can be peaceful with other non-tang species once they establish their place in the tank's pecking order.

  • Size
Powder Blue Tangs can grow to be over a foot long and need a large aquarium with plenty of swimming space. A 125 gallon or larger aquarium is recommended.

  • Feeding
Powder Blue Tangs are herbivores that mainly eat algae. To reduce aggression and improve their health, you should offer them plenty of marine-based seaweed and algae at least three times per week.

Here are some other things to consider when keeping a Powder Blue Tang:

  • Handle them with caution because they have a sharp spine at the base of their tail.

  • If you intend to keep other fish, a netted lid is recommended.

  • Introduce all Powder Blue Tangs at once if you want to keep more than one in the same aquarium.
